The transition rank is a very important rank in all my blankets!
It is essential when finishing your work with a seed stitch border and when this border is of a different color than the background of your work. It is indicated in gray in the charts and explained in all my patterns!
You will make this transition row just before starting your top border.
On the next knit row, with the thread of your right edge ONLY!
1. You knit the right edge in seed stitch.
2. You knit ALL the stitches at the background in STOCKINETTE STITCH.
3. You knit the left edge in seed stitch.
Then finish your border as indicated in the pattern with the rest of the second ball.
